So BBC Top Gear has restarted for Season 12, in Episode one during the STIG’s test of the LP560 Lambo there was Morse Code in the background (see attached file)  our team here at grinthock.com has pulled the audio from the video and isolated the CW code.  Download The Morse Code Isolated from Top Gear Season 12 Episode 1

Without question (2 Morse Code certified Amateur Radio Operators confirmed it) the code says

“You Like Cheese, Strictly is Crap”

This is clearly a reference to “Strickly Come Dancing” a show that is aired at the same time as Top Gear on BBC 1 (Top Gear air’s on BBC 2)  many references to this competing show (and the 85 year olds who apparently watch it) were made during the episode.

Personally we at grinthock.com don’t know if Strickly Come Dancing is crap – but we know that it couldn’t possibly be better than Top Gear Season 12 Episode one or the very cool Morse Code that they embedded in this episode!

Jeremy Clarkson Proclaims – “Why don’t all cars have no doors!”

On a recent episode of Top Gear the very famous BBC motoring show (Which if you are not a regular person watching this show — get on it!) the entourage was challenged to drive across africa in cheap, 2WD vehicles.

During the show they were driving across a salt flat, and required some weight shedding. So they decided to removing all non essential parts and body panels. One of these things was the doors.

Jeremy

To my surprise, Jeremy, the self appointed leader of the show all of a sudden says “Why don’t all cars have no doors!” followed by “When I come to power I’m going to make it a rule because this is just better!”. Jeremy and James May had this look on their faces — that same goofy happy look that a Jeep Wrangler driver has the first time he or she drives without doors. I’m glad to see they finally experienced the fun.

Well, Jeremy perhaps you should take a drive in that WRANGLER that you hate so much — oh and remove the doors first.

Jeremys Car

On a personal note, driving a Jeep is fun, driving a jeep with no top is more fun. Driving a Jeep with no doors is what a Jeep was meant to do! The look on peoples faces the first time they go for a boot in their own Jeep — without doors is hilarious, not to mention the smile that causes stretch marks facially is funny.

So go ahead Jeremy, remove the doors from now on — you know you want to!

NoDoors!

TOP GEAR Airs Sunday Nights on BBC1, or check out http://www.finalgear.com and they are linking to other very good PDTV and HDTV sources.

RETRACTION – Error in quote from Krawlerz President Paul.

I’ve been informed by a grinthock.com reader that apparently the quote that was sent to me had an error….

As per Canadian law and journalism rules, I am required to print a retraction with the same physical size of post and headline, and apologize to Paul for the mis-quote, so consider this the apology, and this quote being the “top” entry makes is identical in importance to the previous post.

Grinthock.com does not feel this text has any real significance, as the most significant part of his post reains.

The following was text written as a REPLY to paul, it was actually text from user “Big Ken” and not from Paul.
— Start quote —

interesting post Nailzz….

It’s ok now all the bitching and crying will stop because everyone has been booted of the site suspension’s from the club and even one banned for good, So everything can go back the normal way it was and the remaining members can carrie on like nothing every happened.

All will be forgotten and Krawlerz will live on until the next bigmouth joins the club and won’t lay-down quietly.

— END QUOTE —

Grinthock.com apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused in mis-quoting the top potion of the text.
